
A consortium of driving schools across Wallonia was operating in administrative chaos. Student data, instructor schedules, vehicle management, and regulatory documentation were spread across different tools at each location. Manual processes created compliance risks, repetitive paperwork consumed staff time, and there was no visibility into operations at the consortium level — while each school still needed to maintain its autonomy.
We developed Click2Drive, a comprehensive multi-tenant CRM platform managing the complete student lifecycle. The system covers registration and enrollment, advanced calendar-based planning for lessons, instructor and vehicle assignment, automated official document generation through a powerful template engine, integrated payment tracking, and real-time manager dashboards across all affiliated schools.
Key differentiators include a granular role-based permission system, a flexible document template editor supporting dynamic fields and loops, digital route sheets with student signatures, and a student-facing dashboard for tracking progress. The platform runs on React/Next.js with PostgreSQL on AWS infrastructure.
